Where do we meet for sessions?
Sessions can be either virtual or in-person, depending on you location. Social distancing required! I will wear a mask for your protection.

You will have your choice of 2-3 45 min sessions per week!

Do I need the nutrition portion?
That is solely up to the individual, but strongly encouraged. Keep in mind that nutrition is 80% of weight loss success, so if you currently struggle with eating well, you will want to consider adding the meal prep option. There is no thought with SheCooksAtl's meal prep - you will receive 3 full meals, 2 snacks and chopped detox ingredients for your detox water!

How much food do I get?
SheCooksAtl will provide all brides with 3 meals, 2 snacks and detox water ingredients for each week. Pick up will be each week TBD upon registration.

Yes, of course! For just $500 per person, your bridesmaid can join you for the fitness ONLY....meal prepping will be an additional full price!
